Your input continues to be important to me!

Last spring, I sent constituents a survey on critical issues facing our state. Thank you to all who responded. While the legislature is not currently in session, committees are meeting and we are preparing legislation for next session, so your input continues to be important. Even if you returned the last survey, please take a few minutes to complete this 2008 survey as some issues have changed.

Please rank the following issues in order of importance with 1 being the most important and 7 being the least important to the future of our state. There is a space below for you to further discuss these or any other issues.

Cost and quality of health care
Quality of our public schools
Public safety, including violent crimes, drugs, gangs and school safety
Affordable housing and the housing crisis
Ethics reform to restore confidence in public officials
Transportation issues, including building and repair of roads and traffic safety
Development of renewable energy (solar, wind, geothermal) to reduce our dependence on foreign oil

What would you say is the most important issue facing you and your family right now? It can be any of the issues listed on the reverse side or a completely different issue.

If I do not already have your contact information, I would like to get it so that I can send you the results of this survey and other important updates. If you would like to receive my email newsletters about important legislative issues, please provide your email address. (Optional)
